Job Summary
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Lead RPA Developer to drive the design, development, and implementation of automated solutions using UiPath. The ideal candidate will lead a team of RPA developers, mentor junior team members, and establish best practices while actively contributing to complex automation projects.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead the end-to-end development of enterprise-scale RPA solutions using UiPath, including analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment
· Architect and implement solutions leveraging UiPath's Document Understanding and AI Center capabilities for intelligent automation
· Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers while fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
· Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, propose solutions, and ensure successful delivery of automation initiatives
· Establish and maintain RPA development standards, best practices, and governance frameworks
· Monitor automated processes for performance optimization and troubleshoot complex issues
· Conduct code reviews and ensure quality standards are met across all RPA implementations
· Create and maintain technical documentation for all automation solutions

Required Qualifications
· 4+ years of hands-on experience developing and implementing RPA solutions using UiPath
· Advanced expertise in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and associated tools
· Demonstrated experience with UiPath Document Understanding and AI Center
· Strong understanding of RPA design patterns and best practices
· Proficiency in workflow design and process optimization
· Experience leading technical teams and mentoring junior developers
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
· Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Additional Preferred Qualifications
· SAP automation experience using UiPath
· UiPath certifications (Advanced RPA Developer, Solution Architect)
· Experience with additional automation tools (Power Automate, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere)
· Knowledge of SQL, Python, or other programming languages
· Experience with Agile methodologies

The anticipated salary range for this position:
$115,440.00 - $173,160.00 AnnualThe actual salary will vary based on applicant's location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
