Manager Real Estate and Community Engagement (Real Estate)
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Manager of Real Estate and Community Engagement to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying real estate opportunities to grow our footprint, performing real estate data and market analysis, provide project management services in coordination with the facilities team, and fostering strong relationships with the state agencies and officials, community partners, and local elected officials. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, developers, government agencies, and residents to ensure that our real estate projects align with our business and mission interests.
The ideal candidate will have experience in real estate development, project analysis and facilities management, government relations and community outreach. This is a unique opportunity for someone passionate about making a meaningful impact while driving successful real estate ventures and community engagement.
