Clinical Pediatric Psychologist (Finance)
Qualifications for this position include a Ph.D. or Psy.D. from an APA-approved clinical psychology program, a pre-doctoral Internship from an APA-approved site, and at least one year of postdoctoral experience in child and adolescent clinical psychology. We prefer applicants who have had child and adolescent psychology training in their graduate program as well. Applicants must be licensed or license-eligible in Florida.
This is a clinical position in the division of psychology slated to start January 1, 2025. Duties include providing specialized services to a psychologically and medically complex child and adolescent population on an outpatient basis. Nemours Division of Behavioral Health includes five pediatric psychologists, two psychiatrists, five postdoctoral psychology fellows, and two Licensed Clinical Therapists. Responsibilities also include training and working with psychology postdoctoral fellows, UCF psychology graduate students, in addition to psychiatry residents and pediatric residents. Educational opportunities such as continuing education presentations, Grand Rounds, and multidisciplinary rounds also are available.
