Production Coordinator (Finance)
1. Demonstrate commitment to safety and perform job duties in accordance with company safety policies and procedures
2.Demonstrate commitment to quality and perform job duties in adherence to GMP guidelines
3.Be aware of responsibilities and accountability as clearly defined for key staff involved with product safety, legality, and quality systems
4. Assist production lead people and managers in the purchasing aspects of all departmental supplies 5. Assist with tracking laminating glue, starch, caustic, etc.
6.Provide reports on laminating glue, starch, caustic, etc. to ensure appropriate levels are available
7.Create and convert purchase requisitions for materials indicated on the Materials Request Form
8.Order supplies and materials through use of a purchasing card (p-card)
9.Annual purchasing comparisons- (bids for lawn/snow removal, AVI, Cintas, etc.)
10.Work with peers and other departments to improve quality and performance
11.Lead tailgates and participate in the employee engagement committee efforts
12.Sort and deliver internal mail and packages as needed
13.Operate mail machine
14.Actively participate in lean manufacturing initiatives
15.Track and verify employee training/qualification
16.Assist with timekeeping and verification
17.Plan and prepare for operational visits and events, new hire onboarding and training
18.Create, update, post to TVs and distribute announcements, quarterly newsletters, information, etc.
19.Perform other duties as assigned by management/supervisors

1. Safety sensitive position - ability to work in a constant state of alertness and a safe manner
2. Ability to work overtime and weekends as required based upon the needs of the business
3. Ability to work on a rotating shift as needed
4. Ability to effectively work in teams
5. Ability to work in a production-based environment with moving equipment and people
6. Ability to interact and communicate effectively with a wide variety of roles
7. Must have computer skills in Microsoft Office and understanding of an ERP system
8. General knowledge of SAP functions in purchasing, good movements, and stock overview
Education:
High School Diploma
Pay Rate: $22
