Director of Culinary Experience (Project Management)
TheDining Room Supervisor supervises the dining room staff in the proper service of residents during all meal periods. Assigns and coordinates duties of servers and hosts/hostesses. Maintains cleanliness of the dining room and directs staff in the overall effective and efficient operation of the dining room.
Develops and maintains a working knowledge of all policies and procedures pertaining to the position, the department, and the personnel.Trains servers and hosts/hostesses.Maintains a clean work environment.Must be able to "close" the kitchen according to rules and regulations set by the Community AdministratorMust be able to delegate duties to staff and set a good example.Ensures that meals are served hot and are presented in an appealing manner.Full-time Sunday - Thursday Hours 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM. Non-exempt $19.00- $23.00 per hour depending on experience.
