Access & Security Analyst (Information Technology)

About the Role:
In this role you will act as the subject matter expert in access management & provisioning for the Credit Risk Management IT portfolio as a member of the Credit Risk Management Compliance & Risk Management team within Dallas Integrated Technology Services (ITS). This role will report to the the Dallas ITS Credit Risk Management Compliance & Risk Manager.
You Will:
Facilitate access requests to the Credit Risk Management suite of technology solutions for Credit Risk Management IT portfolio support staff.
Complete required security access reviews on a periodic basis for management approval of access to the Credit Risk Management suite of technology solutions.
Prepare and coordinate the organization's semi-annual District user access review and attestation process across all applicable Credit Risk Management IT suite of technology tools, e.g., SharePoint, AD groups, and email lists.
Respond to security assessment questionnaires and audits by in-house testing (e.g., SOX) and third-party business partners in a timely manner.
Create and maintain procedures and other documentation covering Credit Risk Management IT portfolio security assets, request processes, and reviews; ensure proper program-based (e.g., NIST) controls are applied within the access-related processes.
Develop collaboration sites/libraries/lists/forms (e.g., SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Confluence) for the Credit Risk Management IT product team; manage recurring and ad hoc security reviews of various sites/libraries and provide training to department users.
You Have:
Bachelor's degree in IT, Cybersecurity, Management Information Systems, or related field.
3-5 years professional experience in EUS, IAM, information security, access management, or related IT function.
Comprehensive knowledge of security controls in a technology environment.
Ability to analyze complex problems and non-routine assignments in a variety of contexts.
Ability to use/enhance computer systems to perform assigned tasks.
Ability to use computer software to design/troubleshoot complex reports for self and others.
Ability to speak and write effectively at peer level, and project management skills.
Skills in organization, meeting deadlines, accuracy, team player, customer focus, influencing others, independence, initiative, perseverance, presentation, decision making.
Create and maintain procedures and other documentation covering department information security assets.
Work with all portions of the organization to establish and maintain compliance with security requirements.
Equivalent education and/or experience may be substituted for any of the above requirements

This role allows for the employee to work in a hybrid manner with some work conducted onsite at the Federal Reserve work location and some work conducted remotely. Specific schedule details will be discussed during the recruitment process.
