What You'll Get to Do

The Maintenance and Driver Senior Recruiter role is focused on recruiting targeted non-exempt roles across the business, and reports to the Recruiting Manager.

This role is perfect for an individual who is proactive, skilled in sourcing talent, and an incredible ambassador for the company they represent .  A vital member of the recruiting department, this is an opportunity to build a career with an industry leader.

Job responsibilities include:

• Manages work assignments to optimally align functional recruiting expertise with business needs and appropriately balance the workload.
• Develops proactive recruiting strategies and creates and maintains a candidate pipeline to include but not limited to face to face, online, social media, etc.
• Effectively and efficiently sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates.
• Stay up to date on the transportation industry, laws, regulations, and company criteria.
• Reports regularly on the status of the openings metrics.
• Supports the predetermined goals by consulting with Hiring Managers in making the final candidate selection, determining the offer package, extending the offer, and closing the deal.

What We Are Looking For

• Five years' experience in recruiting Driver and / or Maintenance professionals
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, be a self-starter and consistently communicate in a team environment.
• Demonstrated assessment skills in effectively evaluating candidates.
• Experience managing and navigating various websites/database content.
• The ability to work in our Dallas office on a hybrid basis
