Marin Post Acute is looking for a dedicated and organized Ward Clerk to join our team! This full-time position offers a pay range of $21-$23 per hour and the opportunity to be part of a compassionate, resident-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the nursing staff and leadership team
• Maintain and organize medical records, patient charts, and documentation
• Assist with scheduling, admissions, discharges, and transfers
• Answer phone calls and coordinate communication between departments
• Greet and assist residents, families, and visitors with professionalism and care
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and healthcare regulations

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in a healthcare or skilled nursing setting preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus
• A team player with a positive attitude and a passion for patient care
