SERVICE MANAGER (Real Estate)

Here at BET Investments, Inc, we are an established Property Management company in search of a maintenance supervisor for one of our premiere properties located in Winter Garden, FL. This is a mid-rise style property with 316 units. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of management experience in multi-family housing and demonstrates regular use of judgement and discretion to solve problems and/or resolve issues with strong leadership skills.
The Service Manager oversees and performs technical and mechanical work that ensures the inside and external buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas of the property meet the Companys standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and overall functionality by performing maintenance-related tasks.
