Facility Continuous Improvement Engineer (Project Management)
Summary:
The Continuous Improvement/Facilities Engineer will have a dual role. In the CI role this individual will assist in the continuous improvement (CI) processes encompassing the manufacturing and support areas. This position serves as a resource for internal and, when required, external customers by providing CI knowledge, expertise and training to all areas of Company operations. Using CI and project management methodologies, this role will plan and oversee resources, define scope, goal and deliverables, enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality. This position will also be responsible for facility engineering project management. It will include oversight of projects, including development of purpose, cost savings, project costs, schedules, approval process, and construction process. The focus of this portion of the job will encompass the entire facility, including building, equipment, systems, and grounds. This position will provide dotted-line support and input to the Director of Continuous Improvement.

Education and Experience Requirements
Physical Requirements
Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently. Periodically lift, carry, push, pull, climb, and otherwise move objects.
The worker must be able to access, analyze and otherwise work with, enter information stored in or obtained through the company's computer system, and to communicate effectively with co-workers and third parties who have business dealings with the Company.
