Customer Care Representative (Finance)
“A Day in the Life”
As the Customer Care Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for external customers and also serve the internal customers of the business. You will serve customers in person at our pick up area in this role and also assist as needed with phone calls and emails. You will be required to provide prompt and professional customer service. This position is for you if you have poise, maturity and excellent communication skills. In this position you will also work closely with almost all other departments in the organization and this requires a service mentality to be successful.
