Human Resources Generalist - Employee Relations (Finance)
JOB SUMMARY
This position acts as a versatile generalist, playing a key role in shaping the overall employee experience. Responsibilities include leading initiatives that foster and enhance employee engagement, handling employee relations, and providing coaching and development support. The role also contributes to the organization's safety program, supports onboarding and offboarding, and assists leaders and teams in the interview process. Additionally, the HR Generalist offers hands-on and strategic guidance on employee matters, contributes to performance development, retention, and recognition programs, and provides support in talent acquisition, benefits, and other HR projects.
