Absence Program Manager (Administrative)
Job Summary
The Absence Program Mgr is responsible for development and compliant oversight of company PTO programs as well as federal, state and local mandated paid time off and leave programs in the U.S. and Puerto Rico. This includes program design and administration, with focus on employee experience, accurate pay, compliance and continuous improvement. This individual is the subject matter expert (SME) on state and local time off and leaves, with solid understanding of how they coordinate with federal leaves.Job Description

The anticipated salary range for this position:
$110,240.00 - $165,360.00 AnnualThe actual salary will vary based on applicant's location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
