Landscape Construction Project Manager (Architecture)

Pacific Landscape Management is seeking a Landscape Construction Project Manager at our busy Maltby, WA location. The position supervises field construction on multiple commercial and residential projects and completes projects on schedule, within budget, and to quality specifications.
Common tasks on these projects include designing and building multiple zone irrigation systems, and supervising installations of hardscape, retaining walls, landscape lighting, and plantings.The Project Manager works directly with clients, vendors, and department management to update construction schedules, communicate information, order materials, track time and labor, expedite change orders, and coordinate sub-contracted work. Maintains positive relationships with PLM customers, coworkers, vendors and the community.
