Plant Engineer (Project Management)

Vectorply is a privately-owned company with headquarters in Phenix City, AL. The company employs approximately 190 employees between administration, sales, engineering, and production and produces more than 300 different styles of reinforcement fabrics for a wide variety of composites applications. Vectorply supplies the vast composites industry with materials from our 200,000 sq. ft production facility in Alabama, along with international manufacturing partners. We are currently seeking an experienced Plant Engineer.
This position will be responsible for overseeing the automation, electrical, and mechanical systems of all equipment within our manufacturing plant, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and compliance with safety and industry standards. This role will involve troubleshooting, designing improvements, and implementing projects to enhance plant operations and minimize downtime.
