CNA - Skilled Care (Healthcare)
This opening requires a valid Pennsylvania Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) license.
This opening is for First (7am-3pm) and Second (3pm-11pm) shifts, with an enhanced differential for Second Shift.

Responsibilities include:
Attending to residents' needs according to care instructions.
Recording vitals and communicating observations, including reporting changes in condition, bruises, skin tears, or unusual marks.
Assisting with ADLs, including transporting to bathroom, ambulating, turning, repositioning, feeding, assisting with hydration, bathing, etc..
Adhering to all Nurse Aide Certification standards, including following HIPPA Regulations, following all safety policies and procedures, and maintaining a high level of competency related to nursing assistant skills.
Requirements include:
Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Completion of a state approved CNA education and training program.
Prior experience with Geriatric residents preferred.
General understanding of medical terminology
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
Valid and Current CNA Licensure from the State of Pennsylvania
Computer Skills:
Experience and familiarity with electronic charting programs or willing to be trained.
Other Skills:
Team Player that is willing to assist in the accomplishment of the overall goal of the facility and for the benefit of our residents.
Exceptional compassion and caring towards others.
Ability to understand and follow basic directions related to resident care.
