1st Shift Pic-Mod Coordinator (Finance)
A Coordinator will step in to fulfill the lead role in the absence of the lead.
The purpose of a Distribution Center Coordinator is to oversee the staff, daily productivity, tasks, achieving the set goals/standards of the assigned department. An operation's coordinator supports the Departments Supervisor in guiding the Department's team to effectively and efficiently completing the Departments' functions and communicates to management of issues/risks in the department. It is expected that a department coordinator shows exemplary patience when issues occur and be comfortable in providing crucial conversations and coaching associates regarding productivity or behavior issues as needed. It is expected that a Department Coordinator demonstrates a professional demeanor and treats associates with fairness, tracking associate performance, coaching, mentoring.
A Department Coordinator is expected to be able to read, write, and speak English; send written communication as well as verbally communicate with all staff, other Leads, Supervisors, Managers, etc.
