Credit Solutions Advisor – SustainableHome Lending (Administrative)
We are seeking a Credit Solutions Advisor for the Sustainable Home Credit Solution Department.
The purpose of the Credit Solutions Advisor is to resolve delinquency on Sustainable Home loans. The role requires daily phone calls, processing payments and collection activity letters. The Credit Solutions Advisor is accountable for assisting members with resolving loan delinquency, and other account issues effecting loan repayment. Perform skip tracing duties, examine delinquent loans and make recommendation for extensions, due date changes, and refinances.

Highlights:
Make daily phone calls to past due Sustainable Home loans to resolve delinquency
Analyze delinquent Sustainable Home loans and make recommendations for Extension/Due Date Change, and Refinancing's to Collection Manager
Process ACH telephone and credit card payments
Skip tracing past due accounts to locate member and/or gain current contact information
