PREMIER Financial Modeling Analyst Internship (Administrative)

Shift: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Job Status: 90-day internship
About the Internship
To be successful in this role the candidate must be a collaborative team player with an ability to interact with team members. Genuine interest in financial modeling & analysis, coupled with strong skills in Math and Statistics and background in SQL, EXCEL, Power Point and data analysis are important. A pursuit of a bachelor's degree in economics, accounting, finance, or a quantitative data analysis degree is required.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Working with the Manager, team of Analysts of Financial Modeling and Analysis and Finance Direct to understand the financial modeling and analysis needs
- Assist with the design and development of financial models as directed by the Manager
- Analyze, interpret model output.
- Prepare analysis and reporting
- Provide creative alternatives and recommendations to improve financial performance
- Document assumptions and model procedures.
Skills and Qualifications
- Applicant should be enrolled in or pursuing higher education
- Possess intermediate PC skills
- Ability to be patient and attentive to detail
- Excellent verbal and listening skills and ability to use positive language
- Time management skills
- Ability to work independently and highly motivated.
- Team player
- SQL and Python skills preferred
