Clinical Strategy and Operations Managing Director- Cigna Healthcare (Finance)
As a member of the Cigna Healthcare (CHC) Senior Clinical Leadership team, this role will report directly to the Chief Medical Officer (CMO) for Cigna Healthcare and will be responsible for driving and supporting the development and execution of business priorities and goals.

The successful candidate for this role will be execution-oriented, a collaborative leader, a facilitator, an open-minded innovator, a self-starter, a good listener, a change agent, a fact-based, critical thinker and possess strong capabilities to transform various ideas and actions into a synthesized set of business plans and processes for an executive level audience. This leader will be adept at managing a broad portfolio of activities and functions, acting as both an individual strategist and contributor, and a manager of higher performing teams.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strategy: Act as a thought partner and leader to the CMO, partnering on how to advance CHC's clinical strategy in areas of value-based care, patient and provider experience, total cost of care management, and clinical innovation. Assists in the content creation for key communication materials to be used internally and externally.
Business Operations Leadership: Work collaboratively with the CP&Q Senior Leadership team and key leaders across CHC to drive execution against CP&Q goals. Serve as key business partner to CHC CMO. Monitors information flow; sometimes acting as a consultant to ensure the involvement of the CMO in a project or decision-making process, is at the right moment.
Team Development and Management: Manage a portfolio of internal teams that support the CHC clinical strategy and operations, including those focused on special projects and strategy, program operations, communications and medical writing, insights and analytics, and administrative support.
Management Process & Operating Model: Owns coordination/curation of management process; responsible for ongoing implementation, adherence, revisions, etc.Oversees team meetings, strategic areas of focus across the team and governance for CP&Q in partnership with the CMO and the rest of the CP&Q Senior Leadership team.
Communications: Partners closely with Communications team on overall communication strategy. Assists in the content creation for key communication materials to be used internally and externally. Support the development of executive audience materials as required, leveraging SMEs and Communication partners.
REQUIRED SKILLS:

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 201,400 - 335,600 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus and long term incentive plan.
