Patient Access Representative II- Children's Heart Institute (Finance)
We are seeking a friendly and organized Patient Access Representative to join our clinic. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk. This role involves managing appointments, handling patient inquiries, and maintaining a welcoming environment.

Position is responsible for ensuring medical necessity compliance, verifying eligibility, and posting payments.
Position Key Accountabilities:
Certification/Skills:
Ability to multi-task.
Proficient typing/keyboarding skills.
Minimum Education:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum Experience:
Two years of experience in a hospital or medical business office setting.
Physical Requirements:
Exerts up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds constantly to move objects.
