As an Artwork & Project Manager, you will lead operational aspects of packaging artwork for Kimberly-Clark's iconic brands, ensuring design execution excellence across an assigned business unit. In this role you'll manage timelines, key milestones, and ensure projects stay on track for the end-to-end artwork process, from concept to final production, to deliver high-quality and consistent packaging that aligns with brand standards and strategic objectives. You'll be a member of the North America Design & Brand Identity team and work closely in partnership with brand teams, R&D, and design agencies. This role requires someone who can work independently, moving fluidly within a fast-paced environment and who is well-versed in project management. This is hybrid role based from Kimberly-Clark's Chicago Commercial Center.
In this role, you will:
Lead the creation and refinement of artwork and packaging copy for the assigned business unit, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
Oversee relationships with artwork agencies and printing partners to guarantee timely and high-quality execution of packaging artworks.
Collaborate with cross-functional project teams to develop comprehensive timelines that integrate artwork creation, platemaking, and printing processes. Monitor and report on progress to ensure milestones are met.
Support team members involved in the artwork process, ensuring adherence to established workflows and best practices.
Oversee a user-centric, systematized, and fast artwork production process; and improve the digital platform of artwork and pack copy development.

5+ years of artwork or packaging development/project management experience with technical knowledge of packaging design and printing processes.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in packaging design/brand design role required.
Experience successfully developing, managing, and delivering on-time and within budget across multiple project timelines.
Proficiency with project management methodologies and software (ex: Jira, Smartsheet, Trello, etc.)
Excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills across multiple stakeholders.
Effective organizational skills and resilience to work under pressure with competing priorities.
User-centric mind with the demonstrable experience to prove it.

The anticipated pay range for this job has a range of $116,500 – $144,000 USD.
At Kimberly-Clark, pay is just one aspect of our total rewards package, which also includes a variety of benefits and opportunities to achieve, thrive and grow. Along with base pay, this position offers eligibility for a target bonus and a comprehensive benefits suite, including our 401(k) and Profit Sharing plan. The anticipated base pay range for this role is provided above for a fully qualified hire. Actual pay will depend on several factors, such as location, role, skills, performance, and experience. Please note that the stated pay range applies to US locations only.
