Payroll Development Analyst (Hybrid Work Schedule) (Finance)

Advanced payroll and/or HR system knowledge
Working knowledge of Microsoft office, including Excel
Must be able to use discretion and maintain confidential information
Meticulous attention to detail
Self-starter with ability to perform job responsibilities with minimal supervision
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Good written and oral communication skills
Physical ability to access all necessary files
Desired
3 years developing and executing systems tests, preferably in an HR or payroll environment
Advanced system testing knowledge in HR or payroll information systems
Certified Payroll Professional
Assist with system support of leave of absence and/or payroll processes
Perform audits for system accuracy
Develop scope of project plans and development test plans
Coordinate with in-house and/or offshore teams to communicate daily support needs
Conduct unit and regression testing
Record and track defects discovered during test execution
Document test case results and system changes
Complete special projects related to payroll system
