Summary
The Enterprise Data and Analytics Office is looking for a Data Implementation Lead reporting into the Enterprise Chief Data & Analytics Officer. This role will be responsible for managing the execution and implementation of Data and Reporting capabilities within a large scale, enterprise-wide Program. This role is responsible for implementation activities including identify dependencies, resolving issues, managing scope, and ensuring quality deliverables. This is a key implementation lead to ensure delivery and adoption of critical data capabilities.
Major Duties
Focus of role is on execution of a data program and capabilities initiated to deliver a change in the strategic direction of business function and risk management activities related to data; expansion of critical data and reporting capabilities or implementation of cross business unit change. Manage implementation of complex initiatives involving multiple disciplines and/or ambiguous issues Display a balanced, cross-functional perspective, liaising with the business, data, and technology teams to improve efficiency, effectiveness and productivity Work across business units, to define and develop data management or data analytic capabilities that can be leveraged to solve cross business unit challenges in support of Contribute to the development and delivery of solutions that: Leverage and extend existing Business Intelligence and analytics infrastructure; Take metric governance and enterprise solutions into consideration; Are scalable, repeatable and effective; Follow agreed upon governance and technology policies including use of Agile or SDLC process Communication of data objectives; risks; and issues as needed Facilitation of cross discipline (business unit) coordination for decision making regarding scope; prioritization and issue resolution. Make key decisions to ensure quality execution and bring larger decisions to the appropriate accountable party or committee.

Salary Range:
$137,400 - 240,400 USD
Salary range is a good faith estimate of base pay. Northern Trust provides a comprehensive benefits package including retirement benefits (401k and pension), health and welfare benefits (medical, dental, vision, spending accounts and disability), paid time off, parental and caregiver leave, life & accident insurance, and other voluntary and well-being benefits. Northern Trust also provides a discretionary bonus program that may include an equity component.
