Position Summary
Reporting to the Support Services Lieutenant, the Clery Act Compliance Coordinator works collaboratively with various offices at the University to ensure the institution's compliance with and with relevant statutes, regulations, procedures and guidelines that govern the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act, the Higher Education Opportunity Act (HEOA) fire safety requirements and the Drug Free Schools and Communities Act (DFSCA), as well as oversight of key compliance and related activities, such as annual security report, crime log, crime statistics, and other statistics related to the DFSCA.
Workplace Requirements:
On campus position: This position is exclusively on-site, necessitating all duties to be performed in-person at the Rice University Main Campus. Schedule may vary to fit the needs of the department and/or campus to include holidays, nights and weekends. Per Rice policy 440 , work arrangements may be subject to change.
Annual Salary Hiring Range: $54,500 - $60,000, contingent upon qualifications and experience.
