Your Role: Roadway Engineer

As a Roadway Engineer, you will:

• Lead Exciting Projects: Take charge of developing design plans, concept reports, variances and exceptions, cost estimates, and final bid packages.
• Be Responsible for the Entire Project: Lead the development of plans, profiles, typical sections, cross sections, drainage design, erosion control and quantities.
• Drive Innovation: Manage the design of specific roadway tasks and contribute to innovative solutions.
• Foster Team Spirit: Help create and nurture a collaborative and supportive team environment.
• Work with GDOT: Gain valuable experience on traditional design-bid-build and design-build highway projects.

What We're Looking For:

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
• Experience: 5+ years of experience in roadway/transportation projects.
• Professional Credentials: Professional Engineer (PE) license in Georgia or the ability to obtain it within 6 months.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with Bentley OpenRoads and experience with GDOT on roadway projects.
• Bonus Skills: Experience with drainage design, MS4 design, and AutoTURN is a plus.

• Competitive Salary: Earn between $89,900 and $129,793, depending on your education, qualifications, experience, skillset, and physical work location.
