HR Process Improvement Intern - Summer 2025 (Finance)

Key Responsibilities
- Project Definition: Collaborate with the HR team to define and execute a focused project aimed at enhancing digital communication tools.
- SharePoint Development: Design and develop a SharePoint strawman site to host toolkits, policies, processes, and programs for managers and employees.
- Communication Roll-Out: Create and implement a comprehensive communication plan for the deployment of digital resources.
Skills and Qualifications
- Educational Background: Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Communications, Information Technology.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with SharePoint development or similar content management systems is a strong advantage.
- Communication Skills: Written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey ideas and strategies.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Creativity and Initiative: A proactive approach to problem-solving and a creative mindset for developing innovative solutions.
- Collaborative Spirit: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
