Lead Server (Construction)

Pines Village Retirement Communities Inc. was recently voted as the regions best retirement community.
We are hiring a Lead Server for our Dining Services department. The Lead Server works effectively and efficiently to greet, serve and clean in dining areas of Pines Village Retirement Communities. The Lead Server needs to work with other employees to assure a positive dining experience for all residents and guests of Pines Village. This position will be responsible for the supervision of the other servers and the training of new servers.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or equivalent.Must have food handler's certification or have the ability to obtain.Prior management of staff, dining services, serving, restaurant or kitchen experience is a must.Must learn correct procedures and follow those procedures with minimal supervision.

Saturdays, Mondays and Tuesdays from 10:30 am to 7:00 pm
Sundays from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm
