PRIMARY FUNCTION:
The FP&A Manager will lead and control all financial planning and analysis functions, including budgeting, forecasting, Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) financial reporting, and strategic financial planning. This role is crucial in supporting corporate strategic initiatives and ensuring effective financial management and compliance with regulatory requirements.

This role is crucial in supporting corporate strategic initiatives and ensuring effective financial management and compliance with regulatory requirements.\n \nESSENTIAL DUTIES: \n \nManagement:\n\nDirectly manage one or more financial analysts.\nProvide leadership and mentorship to the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.\n\nFinancial Planning and Analysis:\n\nLead the annual budgeting process, including the development of budget methodologies and tools and prepare the consolidated rollup and analyze the results.\nPrepare and analyze financial forecasts, identifying trends and providing actionable insights to senior management.\nDevelop and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making.\nSet and track Key Performance Indicators and measure against objectives.\n\nReporting:\n\nOversee the preparation and delivery of internal financial KPI reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.\nParticipate in the preparation and release of financial representations to external parties, including banks, creditors, and potential affiliates.\nAssist with compliance with all regulatory reporting requirements.\n\nStrategic Planning:\n\nCollaborate with operations managers to support their strategic business plans with financial systems and meaningful reporting.\nAssist with the evaluation of potential new financial software and systems to enhance operational efficiency and financial reporting.\n\nCompliance and Risk Management:\n\nMaintain expertise in U.S. GAAP accounting and ensure timely implementation of new accounting guidance.\nAssist with general ledger account reconciliations and balance sheet account accuracy.\n\n \n \nMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:\n \nEducation:\n\nA four-year degree in Accounting or Business Administration with a concentration in accounting.\nA current and active Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license.\n\nExperience:\n\nA minimum of ten years of accounting or auditing experience, preferably in a related industry.\nA minimum of eight years of management experience.\n\nTechnology:\n\nProficient with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.\nBasic understanding of ERP systems; experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX or 365 is a plus.\n\nOther Skills:\n\nExcellent presentation and communication skills.\nDetail-oriented and organized.\nAbility to meet a constant stream of deadlines.\nProven ability to work both independently and collaboratively with different levels of employees.\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills.\n\nPhysical Requirements:\n\nAbility to sit for extended periods.\nAbility to see (with or without corrective lenses) CRT and small print ledger information.\n\n \n \nThis job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
