Business Development Associate/Account Rep (Finance)
Reporting to the National Sales Manager, this position is responsible for developing new business and expanding existing business within assigned territory, while leveraging Kaleidoscope teams. With assistance from the broader Kaleidoscope team, the incumbent will present the company's services and grow the overall book of business.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for bringing new calls and opportunities to larger Sales Team
Work with all facets of Kaleidoscope to drive engagement and interest in the individual business units
Methods of Sales targeting include cold-calling, LinkedIn, Email, Tradeshow, General Internal Networking, etc.
Volumetric metrics will be used to assess individual performance; Weekly, monthly and quarterly outputs will be measured and evaluated
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education/Experience
5+ years of experience in attracting clients for new business opportunities
Track record of proven success of driving new business and revenue to the organization
Licenses/Credentials/Certifications
Skills/Specialized Knowledge/Abilities
