We are seeking a Nurse Manager to:
- Join our remarkable team of health care professionals at the Madison Surgery Center (MSC), who strive to provide exceptional care to Wisconsin residents and beyond.
- Coordinate all activities related to patient care in the operating rooms, sterile processing and materials management for MSC.
- Plan, organize and coordinate day-to-day operations to ensure quality patient care and supervising all staff in the impacted areas.
- Collaborae with the Administrative Director and the Pre/Post Nurse Manager to ensure adequate staffing, a professional work environment, team-based decision making and ongoing communication with staff in an effort to provide high quality care in a cost effective manner.
- Responsible for meeting standards of the CMS guidelines for patient care.

Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science - Nursing (BSN). Required
- Masters of Science - Nursing (MSN). Preferred
Work Experience
- Three (3) years of clinical experience in an OR setting. Required
- Two (2) years in a clinical leadership role including supervisory or progressive, relevant management experience. Required
- Five (5) years of progressive, relevant management experience in a clinical role. Preferred
Licenses & Certifications
- Registered Nurse (RN). Required
- ACLS certification. Required
- PALS & CNOR certification. Preferred
