What are we looking for?
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum of two years' experience as a Hotel General Manager in a 200+ room property with $20M or greater in revenue.
- Experience managing a full-scale renovation.
- Passion for building engaging service cultures, mentoring and developing high performing teams.
- Leverage strong operational expertise while refining financial strategy, budgeting, and cost management to optimize profitability and revenue performance.
- Ability to build and maintain successful ownership relationships and community partnerships.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Local market experience.
- Commitment to represent the hotel in local hospitality associations and local business networks to drive partnerships and community impact.
