POSITION SUMMARY:
Bridgeway Center, Inc. (BCI) is excited to invite qualified candidates to apply for the role of Treatment for Individuals Experiencing
Homelessness (TIEH) Project Director that will work with a multi-disciplinary team that provides comprehensive community-Based services for
individuals experiencing homelessness. The TIEH Project Director is responsible for overall development, implementation, and sustainability of the
Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) TIEH project. The TIEH project serves unhoused and persons at risk of
becoming unhoused. The TIEH Project Director will provide supervision, direction, and performance evaluations to the TIEH associates.
Applicants must be outgoing and enjoy working with the public, professional, and para-professional team. Have the ability to collaborate and
communicate with BCI departments and external stakeholders. Must be able to multi-task and remain professional at all times to ensure that each
client has a positive and helpful experience.
