Job Description:
Responsibilities
Process work as requested through the digital job submission system, received via email or in-person
Print, scan, copy and bind projects as requested accurately and on time
Restock supplies and paper as needed in copy machines in center and on floors
Comply with confidentiality policy and maintain documents in a secure area
Assist with basic maintenance of office hardware as needed and notify appropriate personnel regarding any advanced maintenance that needs to be scheduled
Quality check all work and escalate issues to Manager
Follow guidelines and procedures for documenting, organizing, and mailing outgoing parcels
Sort, organize, scan, and distribute incoming mail to client multiple times per day
Maintain mail rooms by stocking general supplies, delivering paper, and loading printers with paper
Assisting where needed to back up reception or hospitality
Restocking of supplies on floors and in kitchens
Box moves
Any other tasks/requested by client
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
Great customer service skills, ability to multi-task with attention to detail
Good verbal and written communication skills
Computer skills and experience working with MS Word, Excel, Adobe and Outlook; some technical savvy is preferred
Proactive attention to detail
Self-starter, able to work independently once trained
Accountable for actions
Team player
High integrity and professionalism
Ability to lift or move 40 lbs. or greater
Ability to grasp, lift or carry packages on a standard wheeled cart with a load capacity of 75 lbs.
Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand or sit for an extended period of time
Able to work Mon-Fri 11am-8pm - must be flexible and available to work overtime
The Compensation range for this role is 17.50 to 21.00 USD per hour and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.
