Job Summary: The Substance Use Intensive Outpatient Program (SUIOP) helps individuals learn how to manage life issues and day-to- day living without the use of mood- or mind-altering substances or drugs. Program services promote recovery, self-sufficiency, development of support networks and other important life skills to enhance mental health and reduce the risk of needing inpatient treatment.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Conducting intensive outpatient (IOP) groups, individual counseling and psychoeducation.
Follow established guidelines in Addictive Disease Program Plan.
Individual counseling as clinically indicated.
Complete Behavioral Health Assessments (BHA's) /Service Plan Development (SPD's), and all other supporting assessments, including UDS, & documentation for individuals affiliated with Haralson IOP.
Follow-up calls with referrals and participation in Treatment/consultation/clinical team meetings.
Complete monthly Treatment Plan reviews and discharge/transition person's served, as clinically indicated.
Intensive Outpatient Program clinician conducting monthly audits for IOP staff. (As Needed)
Other duties as assigned by Director of Addictive Disease Operations, AD Regional Manager(s), as needed to meet expanding needs of individuals served.
