Street Sweeper (Sales)

The Landings Association is currently hiring a Street Sweeper Operator
Operates a street sweeper on a regular maintenance schedule to ensure streets within The Landings stay clear of debris allowing unhampered flow of drain water and traffic. Performs a variety of maintenance tasks both in assigned area as well as assisting with other areas within the Public Works Department.

Primary Duties Include (but are not limited to):
Operates a street sweeper to remove debris and allow water flow to storm drains.Assists the Environmental Manager in scheduling routes and determining priority order.Conducts daily inspections and communicates with the Fleet Coordinator on any issues found.Maintains accurate inspection and maintenance logs.Performs regular routine maintenance on the street sweeper to keep it in good working order.Trains other team members on street sweeper operations. Assists with performing cutbacks on vegetation using light equipment (i.e., chainsaw, trimmer, pole saw, blower, hedger, chipper, and backpack granular blower).Assists other Public Works teams with special projects or tasks during times of heavy workload.
