Position Overview
Responsible for tracking full life cycle of IT assets including disposal. Perform multiple daily tasks related to receiving; asset tagging and distribution of IT assets to internal deployment teams; oversee special projects. Coordination of asset logistics for inventory/storage purposes, maintain stockroom organization and cleanliness. Regular HW and consumable inventory reconciliation between physical counts and system inventory. Perform data analysis to ensure data accuracy for stock room assets. Other tasks and projects as directed by manager.
Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing. Must be professional, and customer service focused with all levels of co-workers, especially End User Support team members. Work collaboratively with all management levels including C-level, VP's, Directors, etc. Background in IT Hardware support; Hardware Asset Management experience & ServiceNow experience needed.
What You'll Do
Receive and Tag Hardware Assets paying special attention to hardware models; serial number accuracy; Communicate model updates to Hardware Asset Manager.
Ensure accuracy of asset data; location and other details are correct in asset tracking system; perform physical inventories on assets located at Rosemont campus buildings and occasionally other sites.
ITAM End User Support integrations; meeting needs; answering questions; working ticket requests; performing escalation communications as needed.
Perform asset end of life system updates according to departmental process/procedures. Coordinate pickups to disposal vendor and verify the vendor audit data is accurate and complete in asset tracking system.
Perform Hard Drive disposal processes including drive removal; asset tagging; recording data and data destruction via degaussing or shredding.
Keep Secure Equipment Area (SEA) stockrooms organized; ready for large shipments; frequent movement of pallets and boxes. Maintain stock room levels at Wintech stock room locations and ensure asset inventories are accurate in asset tracking system.
Maintain consumables data in asset tracking system and check for inventory accuracy.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
2 years' experience in a regulated, data driven role
Ability to think analytically usting automation ability to learn new software tracking applications quickly
Flexibility to adapt and embrace change in the use of technology with a desire to learn new IT Asset Management skills
Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to communicate, organization, time management, and innovative problem-solving skills are also needed for this deadline oriented position

Compensation
The estimated salary range for this role is $42,000-$55,000, along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus. Actual salaries may vary based on several factors, such as a candidate's qualifications, skills and experience.
