Research Assistant I - Neurology (Movement) (Finance)
We value bilingual (Spanish-English) proficiency as a strong asset, though it is not a mandatory requirement. Also, prefer a minimum ideal commitment of two years.
In this role, the individual will:
Recruit and interview patients with neurodegenerative diseases and healthy controls.
Administer validated scales to collect neuropsychiatric data.
Collect and process blood samples for analysis; phlebotomy training will be provided.
Maintain and organize study documents and datasets systematically.
Conduct biochemical assays (e.g., ELISA, Multiplex) under supervision and guidance.

Under close direction of senior research staff, conducts activities to support research projects.

Physical Requirements:
Exerts up to 20 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 10 pounds constantly and/or a negligible amount constantly to move objects.
This position may include work involving potentially hazardous chemical, biological or radioactive agents.
