Organizational Development Specialist I-Talent Development (Hybrid, North Carolina Based) (Finance)
The Organizational Development Specialist I-Talent Development role is responsible for building and managing job-related competencies, monitoring and evaluating talent development metrics and facilitating development programs to enhance employee skills, knowledge and competencies. This role will focus on identifying and analyzing employees' skills and behaviors critical to achieving our organizational strategic goals and developing resources to guide career development and succession planning. This role will collaborate within the Organizational, Development & Learning (ODL) department, monitoring programs and progress to improve department deliverables within the organization. The Organizational Development Specialist I-Talent Development will report to the Organizational Development Manager.
This position will allow the successful candidate to work a hybrid schedule which will require them coming onsite to work at the Alliance Charlotte, NC office, one day (possible two days) every other week as approved by their supervisor. The selected candidate must reside also in North Carolina and be willing to travel to the home office (Morrisville, North Carolina) for team or onsite business meetings as required.

Minimum Requirements
Education & Experience
Required:
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in Industrial/Organizational Psychology; Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a field providing background in organizational analysis and management development and at least two (2) years of work experience in organizational development, learning and development, organizational change management or human resources functions.
Preferred:
Organizational Development Certification Program (ODCP), Certified Professional in Organizational Development (CPOD), Professional in Human Resources (PHR); or related certification

Salary Range
$58,480-$78,948.00/Annually
Exact compensation will be determined based on the candidate's education, experience, external market data and consideration of internal equity.
