Assisted Living Wellness Nurse (Healthcare)

Responsibilities:
Assist the HWM in planning, developing, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing the nursing department, in accordance with current rules, regulations, and guidelines that govern the Assisted Living facility.Complete accident/incident reports as necessary.Participate in the planning, conducting, and scheduling of timely in-service training classes that provide instructions on "how to do the job," and ensure a well-educated resident services department.Participates in the performance evaluation of nursing staff as directed by HWMPerform administrative duties such as completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, studies, charting, etc., as necessary.

Qualifications:
Licensed currently as a Registered Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse in good standing. Maintenance of licensure requirements required. Assisted Living experience preferred.
