Director, Accounts Payable - Hybrid (Finance)
Join Vitalant as our Director of Accounts Payable and play a key role in our mission to save and improve lives! In this role, you'll lead and transform our Accounts Payable function, driving automation and process efficiency to support Vitalant's business objectives and compliance requirements. You'll collaborate closely with key stakeholders across Finance, Supply Chain, and Legal, ensuring streamlined, effective, and controlled operations nationwide. As a leader, you'll also inspire and develop your team to achieve enterprise-wide goals and continuously improve processes.
What to Expect
Schedule: Monday - Friday
This position will have a hybrid work environment operating from the Scottsdale, AZ location 3 days per week and working from a remote/ at-home office 2 days per week.

Requirements
Knowledge/Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
MBA preferred.
Experience
Eight years of Procure to Pay experience required.
Five years of leadership required.
Experience managing national processes and teams in a shared service environment preferred.
Experience with project management and system redesign preferred.
Skills/Abilities
Must possess the skills and abilities to successfully perform all assigned duties and responsibilities.
Proven ability to motivate and develop team members.
Must be able to maintain confidentiality.
Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment that requires quick turnaround and quality output.
Ability to see broadly and understand strategic changes and effectively translate that into necessary process or technology changes needed to support the needs of the business.

Expert computer knowledge including P2P systems as well as Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Oracle.
