Maintenance II (Maintenance)
High School Diploma or equivalent
Maintenance experience is a must, preferably in retirement community, long-term care facility or apartment complex is preferred.
Working knowledge within HVAC equipment, plumbing, electrical, general carpentry, floor care, grounds/landscaping, painting, and other general building maintenance.
Must be able to learn correct procedures/schedules, follow procedures, and work independently with minimal supervision.
Working basic knowledge of computers and software.
Possess a valid State driver's license, have reliable transportation and proof of automobile insurance.
