TN Assistant Manager (R&D)
Sales & Customer Service - Assist customers with product selection, process transactions, resolve issues, and maintain high service standards.
Picture-Taking & Processing - Capture and process photos using company techniques and equipment.
Staff Management - Hire, train, schedule, and evaluate employees (supervising 10+ sales associates).
Training & Development - Ensure staff is well-trained in sales techniques, cash handling, equipment use, and store procedures.
Operations & Inventory - Maintain store cleanliness, enforce safety protocols, oversee inventory, and ensure equipment is functional.
Payroll & Administrative Duties - Process payroll, track employee bonuses, and report changes to HR.
Other Duties - Support store needs by filling in for the manager or crew as necessary.
Work Environment & Requirements:
Work Conditions - Can be in a small, noisy, or temperature-controlled indoor space or an outdoor setting with varying weather conditions.
Physical Demands - Requires extended standing/walking, lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, reaching, and operating photography equipment.
Mental Skills - Must have strong people skills, an enthusiastic approach, good judgment, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with diverse customers.
Equipment Used - Includes a camera, cash register, computer, heat press, credit card machine, and cleaning tools.
