Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with therapy exercises and treatment plans as directed by the Physical Therapist
• Monitor and document progress toward therapy goals
• Collaborate with the care team to provide exceptional resident outcomes
• Ensure a safe and supportive environment during therapy sessions

Requirements:

• Active PTA license in Idaho
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A dedication to providing quality care
