Linde Gas & Equipment Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Technician to join our team located in Fairless Hills, PA. The Warehouse Technician will be responsible for loading, unloading, sorting, staging, and transporting products into and out of a warehouse. Under supervision and established guidelines, the Warehouse Technician will handle the day-to-day tasks of shipping, receiving and inventory control responsibilities (as needed). Responsibilities (1st shift) • Provides outstanding customer service to internal and external customers by maintaining attention to detail and completing assigned work in a timely manner • Interacts with shipping companies, purchasing, customer service and/or branch management • Safely operates forklift or other machinery to load, unload, sort, stage and transport product • Prepares orders by processing requests, pulling materials, packing boxes and placing orders in delivery area • Maintains a clean work environment by keeping area free of trash and product in correct locations • Inventory control and Ordering of consumables / critical spare items for facility and PPE for employee's • Manage and create the P.O; sending orders to the vendors • Manage Contracts for Vendors • SAP knowledge (P.O's are created on SAP and SRM - shopping cart mostly Capex on SRM) • Receiving & Invoicing from the P.O and sending to accounting • Receiving in UPS and FedEx small packages and delivering to plant • Maintaining the two-way radios on site • Help others ship out packages • Always following safety rules; encouraging & educating others on the safety at Linde • Ship out Recyclable Electronics to the appropriate Linde approved Vendor • Change out consumable bins to each department • Other duties as assigned Requirements • 3+ years of Warehouse experience is preferred • General computer skills: Microsoft Excel and Word • Forklift experience • High School Degree or GED is required Linde is a leading global industrial gases and engineering company with 2023 sales of $33 billion.
