What Youll Be Doing:
Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs Posting jobs, screening resumes, interviewing candidates, and making hiring recommendations Providing a high-touch experience for every candidate Evaluating and implementing recruiting tools and programs Managing the internal transfer process and following up with candidates and hiring managers Coordinating new hire paperwork and performing data entry Assisting the HR management team with special projects
What Were Looking For:
Bachelors Degree preferred but not required 5+ years experience in high volume construction trade recruitment. Must be in construction. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other various ATS or recruitment platforms needed.Strong problem-solving and communication skillsDependability and a strong work ethic
