Team/Job Summary: This role is within NOA's Digital Marketing department and will comprehensively test various experiences for My Nintendo Store and other digital platforms at the pre-launch phase, ensuring quality of releases.
DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:
• Identifies, reviews and documents bugs or defects that are inconsistent with requirements.
• Creates tools to optimize or automate testing.
• Organizes and maintains Nintendo hardware and software for daily use by testing staff.
• Provides technical support and best practices to team.
• Communicates with internal testing teams, external development partners, and global business partners (Nintendo of Europe | Nintendo of Japan).
• Collects and analyzes test metrics to improve on testing process, and curates documentation.
• Creates, follows, and maintains project checklists or test suites.
• Identifies missing test cases to ensure complete testing coverage of the project and/or guidelines.
• Applies knowledge of programming for testing and tracking tools to anticipate areas of likely bugs.
