Studio Coordinator, Marketing - Lakeland (Marketing)
The Studio Coordinator manages Creative's physical photo and video studio and is responsible for scheduling, maintenance, and general operations of the space. They work with the entire Production department to make sure photo and video shoots run smoothly, efficiently, and on schedule. The Studio Coordinator also works with external vendors such as Food Stylists, Prop Stylists, and Hair and Makeup personnel to manage building access, inventory, and equipment. They are responsible for working with Industrial Maintenance to schedule cleaning, maintenance, and upkeep on the building, and ensures the building is secure and clean at the end of each day and ready to go every morning. They provide a professional, welcoming presence to any who visit our studio and are responsible for making sure the studio represents Publix in the best way possible.
Responsibilities:
Scheduling photo and video shoots between seven sets, coordinating with production team and ensuring there is no overlap or conflicts.
Scheduling video edits between three edit suites, coordinating with video/post-production team and ensuring there is no overlap or conflicts.
Ensuring the building is properly cleaned and maintained by working with Industrial Operations and Maintenance.
Managing studio access and entry for external vendors such as food stylists, prop stylists, hair and makeup personnel, and external photographers and directors.
Managing inventory of photo and video equipment, props, and wardrobe, ensuring all items are properly cleaned, stored, labeled, and organized.
High school diploma or its equivalent
Entry-level Production experience (may include internships)
General knowledge of photography, film, and TV production

Bachelor's degree in film or related subject (Marketing, Arts Management, Communications or Journalism, Media Studies, Writing, or Theater).
1 year of production experience in agency, commercial, TV, or film production.
