Senior UX Designer
Summary
Join the Pharmacy experience design team as we raise the bar for digital experiences in healthcare. You'll work on digital products that are used by tens of millions of people and drive billions in revenue each year.
You'll partner with a talented cross-functional team to define solutions that span across channels to provide a world class end-to-end experience for our Pharmacy members.
As part of the experience design team, you will drive a patient-centered perspective with partners across the organization, and your work will have a direct impact on the business and product strategy.
Responsibilities
• Develop a deep understanding of our Pharmacy members' journeys, and the pain points and opportunities within
• Collaborate directly with business, product, and technology partners to find solutions that are desirable, viable, and feasible
• Effectively translate business strategy, quantitative data, and qualitative research into creative concepts and solutions
• Think critically about the implications of member experience on the business
• Provide compelling rationale to align partners around solutions
• Map current- and future-state experiences (e.g. journey maps, service blueprints)
• Create clickable prototypes in Figma
• Efficiently prioritize your time and your work
Requirements
• At least 5 years of professional experience in UX design, preferably in highly-regulated industries
• A strong portfolio of work with examples of creative problem solving and critical thinking-especially within complex ecosystems
• Experience with human-centered design methodologies
• Experience designing across channels (web, native mobile, email)
• Skilled at adjusting zoom levels (looking at overall journeys but also zooming in to the details and UI in specific moments of the journey)
• Proficiency in Figma
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong collaboration skills
•If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 106,000 - 176,600 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
