Sr USDA Servicing Specialist (Finance)
Maintain excellent customer service and must be able to handle a wide range of telephone initiated and electronic and/or written inquiries/concerns.
Sustain the workflow of the servicing department, including the accounting of commercial loans, review of transactions, training, and employee relations.
Ensure timely delivery of semi-annual and annual USDA reporting and reports.
Serve as primary point of contact between PHX and FICS for testing of upgrades to core system as well as testing for requests of custom programs for system enhancements.
Ensure timely delivery of monthly billing statements to borrowers

Communicate clearly and concisely via an appropriate level of verbal, written, and presentation skills.
Proficiently utilize a computer and the software applicable to this position.
Education and Experience:
High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
Demonstrated excellence in working with peer teams across organizations.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and banking software programs and platforms.
